The above prices are for residential customers with:

1. Auto-Pay arrangements on file.  Auto-pay, is where your charge account (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express or checking account is automatically charged on the first day of the month for the prior months service.  Auto-pay also includes those clients that wish to pay monthly by check, and have $150.00 deposit on account.  Otherwise, please add $2.00 to each weekly service price.

2. In order to keep our prices down, the actual service day will be determined by our service routes.  If you want a specific day instead of the Monday - Wednesday or Thursday/Friday, then the price will be increased by $2.00 per service.

3. Senior Citizens over 65 (proof of ID at signing) will receive a 5% discount.

4. Refer your friend or neighbor, and receive a $20 credit, if they sign up for weekly service.  No limit on number of referrals!

For excellent weed control and lawn, tree, and shrub feeding, we recommend the following fertilization schedule:

• Early March - application of a pre-emergent for spring weeds/grasses,

• First week of April and every six to seven weeks thereafter through August - High Nitrogen Fertilizer,

• Early June - application of pre-emergent for summer weeds/grasses,

• Mid September - application of pre-emergent for fall weeds/grasses,

• This schedule would be a total of seven service applications.
